Program Coordinator
As Women of Tomorrow’s Program Coordinator for Broward & Palm Beach Counties, Jennifer M. Gonzalez oversees the successful implementation of the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program in 45 high schools serving close to 750 at-risk girls across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Program activities include mentoring sessions, career-focused field trips, specialized college campus visits and scholarship opportunities. Jennifer also coordinates the beginning of the year Orientations and Kick-off events for Broward and Palm Beach County, New Mentor and Mentor Renewal processes, oversees the creation of the WOT Newsletter, participates in the Women of Tomorrow Annual Gala and co-coordinates the Annual Graduation Luncheon.
During her tenure at Women of Tomorrow, Jennifer has developed field trip and college campus partnerships with such organizations as the Sun-Sentinel, Broward Government Center, Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University. Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing with minors in Political Science and Women’s Studies from the University of Central Florida. She is a Miami native who is thrilled to be serving her community through Women of Tomorrow.
