Bianca Erickson

Vice President Program Operations

Bianca Erickson is the former the Executive Director of the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program, a non-profit organization founded in 1997 by Jennifer Valoppi, Television Journalist and Author, and Don Browne, Telemundo Network President, as a way to help at-risk young women live up to their full potential. The organization mentors 2,000 at-risk young women in 99 public high schools across South Florida with a network of 250 highly accomplished professional women and has awarded close to $2 Million dollars in scholarships to its graduates. During her tenure as Executive Director, Women of Tomorrow doubled the number of schools and young women it served, increased revenues five-fold, established a scholarship endowment and laid the groundwork for national expansion planning.

Bianca recently attended the Harvard Business School’s Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management course and has received recognitions for her work with Women of Tomorrow from the Legal Aid Society of Broward County and The Miami Dade County Office of the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners.  She has also co-authored several papers that have been published in academic journals.  Bianca holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology & Spanish from Mount Holyoke College and Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Massachusetts.
