What Your Support Can Do in South Florida

$5,000 can support the Mentoring of 10 at-risk public high school girls for 1 year in the Women of Tomorrow Program.  Women of Tomorrow Mentees demonstrate improvement in self-esteem as well as statistically significant improvement in grades.  

$10,000 can support the Mentoring of 10 at-risk girls for 2 years in the Women of Tomorrow Program.  Women of Tomorrow Mentees develop skills for positive action including higher self-esteem, statistically significant improvements in grades and improved attendance as they build strong relationships and support positive actions and future goals.

$25,000 can support an entire Mentoring group of 25 at-risk girls in the Women of Tomorrow Program for two years.  Women of Tomorrow mentees report increased self-esteem, confidence, improved interpersonal relationships through communication and conflict resolution; maintaining a healthy lifestyle and avoiding risk behaviors including avoiding drugs, alcohol and smoking as well practicing abstinence, healthy eating habits and regular health care. 

$50,000 can support an entire Mentoring group of at-risk girls for a full 4-year program and put them on the path to higher education.  Women of Tomorrow Mentees have a 93% High School Graduation Rate and 93% go immediately on to higher education upon graduation.  They also demonstrate increased knowledge of personal finances and financial responsibility.
