Kimberly A. Albanes is an associate with Sacher, Zelman. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and resolution of complex title issues; commercial lease negotiations; and complex loan structuring.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2011, Ms. Albanes was a land development attorney in Fort Lauderdale, where she represented developers in obtaining land use entitlements.
Ms. Albanes earned her B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Miami and a J.D. from the University of Denver in 2002. She also has an L.L.M. in Real Property Development and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Miami. She is a Board Member of the Young Presidents Club at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, where she was born and raised; and has been a mentor and scholarship committee member for the Women of Tomorrow Mentor and Scholarship Program.
