WOT Mentees from Ronald Reagan/Doral Sr. High School attended an etiquette luncheon hosted by Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa on January 20th, 2009. Mentor Charmaine Campbell acted as guest speaker and presented on proper dining etiquette and dressing for success. Mentees were also treated to a tour of The Westin Diplomat Resort and words of advice from the General Manager of the hotel. A special thanks to Mentor Belinda Leon for coordinating the event.

WOT Mentees from Forest Hill High School visited Bloomingdales Boca Town Center on February 6th, 2009 to tour the store, meet with various female employees, including the General Manager Teri Hardin, and have lunch. A special thanks to Mentor Robin Tartakin for coordinating the event.

WOT Mentees from Western High School volunteered their time to Kids in Distress on February 12th, 2009. Mentees participated in various activities with the children, including face painting and decorating Valentine’s Day cards.

WOT Mentees from American Senior High School participated in a tour and luncheon at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts on April 1st, 2009.

WOT Mentees from Western High School participated in a tour of Englander Photography Studio (not pictured) and Holland & Knight Law Firm on April 15th, 2009. A special thanks to Mentors Barbara Englander and Robbin Newman for coordinating the event.
